  • Attachment Theory: Developed by John Bowlby and expanded by Mary Ainsworth, explores how the emotional bonds formed between infants and their primary caregivers shape a child's emotional and social development. These early attachment patterns significantly influence an individual's relationships, self-esteem, and emotional well-being throughout life. 
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: Developed by Aaron Beck and expanded by others that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors.
  • SMART Framework: Setting goals that are clear and achievable and breaking down larger, more abstract goals into actionable, manageable steps.
  • Affirmation and visualization techniques: Reframe negative self-talk, overcome doubts, and boost self-esteem and confidence. By incorporating these methods, individuals can shift towards a healthier and more positive version of themselves.
  • SWOT Analysis: Strategic planning tool used to identify and evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats related to a business, project, or personal development.
  • Mindfulness Practice: Cultivating a state of awareness and presence by focusing on the present moment in a non-judgmental way.
  • Cognitive Restructuring: Similar to CBT, this method involves identifying and challenging negative or limiting beliefs and replacing them with more constructive, positive thoughts.
  • ABCs Framework: A structured approach to guiding clients through their personal and professional development.
